Build powerwithout limits

The hardware you design here leaves the building. It gets delivered to the U.S. military, keeps a 2,500 km desert rally powered, and protects infrastructure on the other side of the world. Come build it with us.

Powering the Rebelle Rally

2sites

Lindon and American Fork, Utah

Our standard

More than innovative products. Exceptional people.

That is the line we hire by. The people here design a system, walk downstairs and build it, test it in the power lab, ship it, and then watch it run from our in-house Network Operations Center. If you want your work to stay a drawing, this is the wrong company.

Real hardware, real deployments

The work is the pitch

RI mobile power systems and virtual pipelines powering the Rebelle Rally basecamp
RI employee servicing hydrogen equipment in the field at the Rebelle Rally
Proof in the field

Your hardware ships

Systems built here have been delivered to the U.S. military, and they protect critical infrastructure in New Zealand. What you design does not stay a prototype.

Proof in the desert

Five years of rally power

Our mobile systems have kept the 2,500 km Rebelle Rally powered across the desert for five consecutive years, with RI engineers and technicians on site running them.

The campus

Design, build and test close together

Our teams work across Lindon and American Fork, Utah, with a technology and power lab where systems are tested before they ship.

After it ships

Watch it run

Deployed systems are monitored from our in-house Network Operations Center, and our platforms integrate GM HYDROTEC fuel cells. You see how your work performs in the real world.

How hiring works

One email starts it

No portal, no account creation. Applications go straight to the team that reads them, and every candidate we bring on site walks the same floor where the hardware gets built.

  1. Apply

Email your resume and the role title to jobs@renewable-innovations.com. A short note on what you have built counts for more than a cover letter.

  2. Talk

A conversation with the hiring manager about the role, your experience, and the work on the floor right now.

  3. Visit

Come to the Lindon campus, tour the fabrication floor and the technology and power lab, and meet the team you would join.

  4. Build

Start on hardware that ships. Most roles put your work in front of a customer within your first projects, not your first years.

Don't see your role?

We hire exceptional people. If you build things that work in the field, tell us what you do. We read every application that comes in.
