H2 Transport Refueler
26 kg in 10 min at 700 barA complete hydrogen fueling station on wheels
731 kg of onboard hydrogen, 1,000 bar compression, and dual-pressure dispensing at 350 and 700 bar. Park it where the fleet is.
Fueling infrastructure without the construction project.
The HZero is a relocatable, plug-and-play fueling station in ISO dimensions, factory tested and certified before it ships.
Its compressor and chiller run on integrated hydrogen fuel cells, so the entire fueling operation is carbon-free, from the gas in the tanks to the power that moves it.
Onboard hydrogen
Dispensed in 10 minutes
Bar, dual dispensers
Onboard compressor
26 kg in 10 minutes.
A heavy fuel-cell truck takes on a full 700 bar fill in the time a driver spends on a coffee stop. Run one, or drag through it.
Onboard hydrogen
Endpoints are the published figures: 26 kg dispensed at 700 bar in 10 minutes. The pressure curve and the bank sequence between them are illustrative.
Vehicle dwell time, not fuel chemistry, decides whether a fleet can switch.
And with 731 kg onboard, the HZero keeps that pace vehicle after vehicle. The large holding capacity allows for many refills before a resupply is needed.
Cascade filling, powered by hydrogen itself.
Fast fills come from staging pressure ahead of demand, not from working the compressor harder while a truck waits.
Fuel cells power the plant
Integrated hydrogen fuel cells run the onboard compression and chilling. No grid connection, no diesel auxiliary, fully carbon-free operation.
Compress to 1,000 bar
The onboard compressor takes stored hydrogen to 1,000 bar, with a 60 kW chiller managing gas temperature through compression and dispensing.
Stage in cascade tanks
High-pressure staging tanks hold gas above vehicle fill pressure, so each fill is driven by pressure differential: the mechanism behind the 10-minute fill.
Dispense at 350 or 700 bar
Dual-pressure dispensers cover the whole fleet: 350 bar for buses and machinery, 700 bar for heavy trucks and light FCEVs, from the same unit.

One refueler, four duties.
FleetsFCEV fleet refueling
Trucks, buses and hydrogen-powered machinery fuel at the depot instead of routing to fixed stations. Dual 350 and 700 bar dispensing serves mixed fleets from a single unit.
Supply tanksStationary and mobile tank refilling
The recommended replenishment method for remote hydrogen stores. It tops up the tanks feeding stationary fuel-cell power systems and mobile generators alike.
LogisticsVirtual Pipeline supply
Works as the dispensing end of RI's Virtual Pipeline operations, moving high-pressure hydrogen to the point of use where no pipeline or station exists.
CorridorsHeavy transport routes
Positioned along a freight corridor, it puts 700 bar heavy-truck fueling on routes years ahead of permanent station construction, then relocates when the permanent station opens.
Factory tested, watched in the field.
Every HZero is tested and certified before it ships, then stays connected through online monitoring and control: hydrogen inventory, pressures and dispensing activity, visible to us and to you.
The hardware is built for the places fleets actually run: forced-air compartment ventilation, liquid-cooling radiators, and a robust design rated for rugged weather.
Five rally seasons
The same crews have kept RI hydrogen systems running as official power partner of the Rebelle Rally for five consecutive years.
Grid-free route
Competitive off-road navigation across the Nevada and California desert, powered with no grid in reach.
Diesel switched off
Base camps switched off diesel generators entirely, supporting 12 EVs over 8 competition days for 250+ people.
Make it. Move it. Dispense it.
